Greetings, City Church and New Life Church! Thank you for your gift to plant a new church in Bolivia. Your generosity is impacting children and their families on a daily basis. The church is making great progress on construction and added a roof over the church sanctuary. This report includes updates on church activities, construction status and a testimony from the church pastor. In the photo above, community members attend a prayer and fasting meeting in the new church sanctuary.
Construction Progress
During the last 60 days, construction workers:

Challenges and Opportunities

Next Steps
In the next 60 days, the church will complete the following:
- Place the main door and classroom doors.
- Install aluminum windows.
- Build counters in the kitchen.
- Plaster the walls.
- Complete tiling.
Church Activities
During November and December, the church had two in-person services. 40 Adults attended the first service, and 80 adults and 30 children attended the second. They do not have regular services or activities due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Recent church activities have included the following:
- Organizing a fast.
- Holding a children’s Bible club on Saturdays.
- Delivering food packages for children.
- Delivering hygiene kits to the most vulnerable children.
- Administering the Compassion program via phone calls and WhatsApp.
A Testimony From Jorge, the Church Pastor
“I can say with great confidence that we have seen the hand of God in this construction, despite all adversity. Although in some moments the church felt tired, God was able to redirect us and help us agree so we could continue with the work that will be of great blessing to families and the community.”
Praises and Prayer Requests
The church asks that you pray for the following:
- Pray that God will help the church to raise the necessary local resources to pay for labor until construction is completed.
- Pray that God protects and cares for each member of the church, each child, and their families.
