Greetings, Preston Trail Community Church! Thank you for your support of church planting in Nicaragua. Because of you, children are receiving holistic care in an environment where they are known, loved and protected. Currently, 30 children regularly attend church at Roca Fuerte Church.

Construction Progress
Construction workers and church staff have completed the following:
- The land has been cleared. Construction workers predict that removing rocks and debris from the soil may be challenging.
- An architect visited the construction site to take measurements and to plan how the sanctuary, classrooms, bathroom and kitchen will be situated on the property. The plot of land is 328 feet wide by 98 feet long. It is currently fenced in with concrete posts and barbed wire.

Next Steps
Over the next 60 days, construction workers plant to cut down trees to make room for the construction of four buildings.
Church Activities
Currently, 25 adults and 30 children regularly attend church services. The church rejoices that in the past 60 days, 5 people have professed faith in Jesus.
The church holds Sunday school gatherings, church services in the evenings and meetings with caregivers. Church staff maintain regular contact with and visit beneficiaries in the community. They also organize evangelism activities.
The church congregation is currently currently raising funds so they can install plumbing and electricity and repair the fence around the perimeter of the church property.
