Recent Survival Activities at Iglesia del Nazareno Monterón Marcavelica-Sullana
One of the many benefits of the Survival program is receiving home visits from Survival specialists. During these visits, mothers receive the education and care that is specific to their baby’s needs. Caregivers also receive medical benefits, such as having their baby’s height and weight monitored each month by a health professional to ensure that their development is progressing at a normal rate.
Survival programming allows women to confidently step into their roles as mothers and caregivers for their children. At Iglesia del Nazareno Monterón Marcavelica-Sullana, women are receiving proper medical care, learning about child development, receiving spiritual support from the church, and getting nutritious food for their babies. Mothers registered in the Survival program have access to many benefits, one of which is the option to participate in skill classes that can generate income for their families.
