Foothills Bible Church, the construction team at Iglesia Cristiana Reformada has made great gains since our last report. The church is located in the Monte Plata area of the Dominican Republic. Although the facility isn't completed, the congregation is slowly increasing. As staff minister in their community, lives are being changed.
