First Baptist Church Frisco, thank you for partnering with Compassion International to plant a new church in Oaxaca, Mexico. The new church, Iglesia Bautista Cristiana “Verdad y Vida, will be in the Col. Loma Bonita community of San Pedro Ixtlahuaca, on the Oaxaca border with Monte Alban, Santa Maria Atzompa and Cuilapan de Guerrero. The mother church established a mission in this community 10 years ago. The majority of the people in the community are immigrants who arrived looking for work. We look forward to bringing you updates on all that your support is doing!
Updates will be added to this site, sharing the progress of planting this church, every 30-60 days until the building is complete and registered children are participating in Compassion’s program. We will alert you of newly added content, but feel free to visit often as you think of and pray for this new church and the community you are impacting.
