Greetings, Calvary Chapel Cheyenne! We’re pleased to bring you a progress report from Roca de la Fe, the church you are helping build in Bolivia. Construction has started, and the church continues to minister to the community. Currently, 14 adults and 45 children attend the church. Since our last update, four people have come to saving faith in Jesus! Thank you for investing in this community.

Construction Progress and Next Steps
The mother and daughter churches held a special service to lay the first stone, marking the start of construction. Workers have excavated for and built structural columns, poured the perimeter foundation and installed electrical equipment and wiring. The church’s efforts to raise additional funds for construction are going well.
Over the next 60 days, the workers plan to:
- Finish building the classroom walls.
- Construct the support beams.
- Pour concrete floors.
Pictured below is the progress they have made so far.
Ministry Progress
As construction continues, the church actively engages with the community by distributing Bibles, hosting a weekly Bible Club, and ministering to children and their families. The church has registered 184 children in Compassion’s holistic child development program, and the tutors read the Bible with families in their homes.
The church reports that families are happy and grateful for this program, especially for the educational support they receive for their children. To express their appreciation, parents participate in church activities and help with construction.
Concepción, a participant’s mother, says:
Before being a part of this church, I was worried about how to raise my children well. I learned to read the Bible when church members came to my house and did Bible studies with me. Now I feel equipped to teach my children about God and his salvation.
I have also learned how to provide healthy food for my children and how to help my daughter with school. As a family, we also receive groceries, medical checkups and educational support. I want to thank you for your support to make this program possible. May God watch over you and protect you.
